Based in Fargo, North Dakota, Michelle Feland is a real estate salesperson who meets clients’ property needs at Exp Realty. As a junior at Fargo South High School, Ms. Feland played varsity volleyball, and her team went on to win the state championship. She later attended Moorhead State University and North Dakota State University. At age 20, Michelle Feland launched Roseexpress, a wholesale flower enterprise which quickly expanded to serve cities in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
Ms. Feland also gained experience in Grand Forks as a retail flower shop owner before joining her father in the financial services realm in 1995. Obtaining Series 7 securities and insurance licenses, she became Walnut Street Securities’ youngest branch principal ever. This led to a similar role at LPL Financial Services, where she assisted clients with investments and retirement planning.
Subsequently, Ms. Feland became a branch principal and advisor with Raymond James Financial Services for 16 years. The office she managed expanded from $30 million to $100 million in assets under management and is currently run by her husband, Chris.
Michelle Feland is an avid golfer and RV travel enthusiast. She also has a particular interest in ending human trafficking.
